“I did have an issue with my renewal, but mike and Derrick were ON TOP of it to get my card processed! It was my fault too, because I told them to wait to process my renewal until the end of October. However, they got a new system before then, and had to re-process in the new system. So, we had to take steps together on both ends to ensure my card was set. Despite the fact that corporate took a little to respond to the issue, Mike and Derrick went ahead and re-processed my application as soon as they were able to, and they were very professional and understanding about my frustration and experience. This is a great company to get your card- they won’t leave you hanging if you have an issue, and they will get to things ASAP! My kids didn’t even bother the guys working, they made sure my son got the best fitted and most comfy shoes, and perfect, since my son is going to the boxing gym now regularly. They also helped me pick out a pair of shoes for my hubby.
