“George the owner has taken care of my cars since 2004, he maintained 5 of my cars. He maintained one of my Civics to over 200K and the only reason I don’t have it now is because my son wrecked it. He and his staff are very honest, I know this because as I was growing up my father owned a chain of mechanic shows/service stations and growing up I did the billing so it is pretty hard to fool me. I have recommended his services to many people and not a single one has had a complaint, infact they all rave about the great prices and honesty. People drive all the way from Tempe to have Import life work on their cars. I have several friends that have auto repair shops here in the Phoenix area and some even offer to do work on my cars for free, but I can never cheat on Import life because they are always there for me and I can leave with my car confident that the job has and is done right. I am a single mother (my son has since grown up) and a teacher with a disabled bigger sister and a mother with severe Parkinson’s relying on me. So Knowing I can rely on George’s honesty and integrity takes a huge load off my shoulders. Import life should be renamed, it should be called Integrity for life. Diana”
