(October 9, 2022, 8:10 am)The owner, Dawnylle, and all of the staff are so amazing. They create an atmosphere of fun while pushing you to be better than yesterday. Each trainer gets to know any limitations you have and will modify the workout to accommodate that. When I first started, I was a mess but never once felt judged by the other members (which I was so worried about when I first joined) Instead they cheered everytime I would hit a personal best. You know they are doing it right when you can't wait to go workout with them every day.
