(May 15, 2019, 9:41 pm)He couldn't fix my problem with a pair of Naturalizer sandals I got on Amazon. They sell seconds there and and people should be cautious what they buy on Amazon. I don't understand how Jeff can be so wealthy selling junk. I have averaged about 50% of the items I purchase on Amazon are failures. The repair man was honest and I'm glad I found him if I need him in the future. My online shopping with Amazon is over, no more junk.

Plan on going back to have my redwings work boots resoled there.
