El Pollo Loco

A year ago I would have rated this place a one but lately I give it at least a 4

Every time I go in for lunch Joe is there and it’s usually busy as heck however he doesn’t let that get to him he’s attentive and courteous very humble myself and I’ve seen others have to stop in our tracks and let him know how much we appreciate him because that’s something it is important he knows his exceptional customer service doesn’t go unnoticed

When I went in today there was a young lady named Aaliyah at the A cash register she had a contagious smile and was very sweet her customer service was also on point

There is also another lady who I never get to ask her name but works with Joe in the day time she’s sweet as well

Your employees are doing a great job and I hope they know that 😍😍😍
