Pam reached out to us just when we were going to call to reserve a storage unit. She was very kind, helpful and patient with us. Upon completion of the paperwork to our new unit, we left one of our cell phones in your office. Pam called us promptly to let us know she had our phone. She went above and beyond our expectation in her customer service skills and how helpful and friendly she was.

The store manager was great to work with and setup the rental agreement, explained the security gate process. Some opportunities ABCD has is to have cameras installed monitoring the RV storage area, as well clear out some of the aged RV units in the parking spots that look like they haven't moved in years.

The facility staff were always polite and welcoming from the first day to the last day. I was 100% satisfied with cleanliness of the units and the curb appeal of the entire area. We never had any issues with ants, roaches, and etc. The climate control units were always working and cheaper than other units around Brooksville.
The access was an extremely easy process and I pulled a 16’ trailer in and out with plenty of room to maneuver. I definitely would recommend this storage facility to any who needs storage. I wish I could give another star to rate this storage unit.

Very professional, amazing products and services

Friendly staff is the first thing I have to say about ABCD Econo Storage. It's the reason I picked this storage facility over others in the area. There are two ABCD facilities on Cortez. One where the office is located and another a few minutes East. Can't say I've any complaints after four months. I scheduled automatic monthly payments, and my stuff is safely stored. My unit is not air conditioned; I don't think most of them are. But I think they do have some that are. They have long hours so you can access your unit til late.
