I consider myself a skeptical person, but I'm also open to try new things, especially if they promise me growth and an overall better outlook at life. So, I decided to try Solar Soul Healing's long-distance approach to Reiki because of COVID-19, and because it was recommended by a mutual friend. I came in with all my skepticism, but, from the start, Ruz was patient and encouraging. She did not force anything upon me. On the contrary she worked with what I had and was. The first couple of sessions were challenging for me because I have a hard time relaxing and meditating. Ruz was able to read through that difficulty and went methodically through the reasons of my anxiety, breaking it down to what she saw in each chakra. I was blown away by the accuracy of her reading. She was able to identify in a couple of sessions what has taken me years and years of therapy. So, from there, we started moving to a more healing process. The changes are noticeable. By the third session, I was already able to let myself be read by her more easily and I even fell asleep in my mediation session, which is something that has never happened before. We continue the long-distance sessions weekly, and I am very happy with the progress we're making. I feel much more focused, relaxed, and overall healthy. Ruz has a special gift in healing, and she explains things in a way that is thoughtful and simple at the same time. I'm so happy to have boarded on this trip with Ruz and I look forward to continuing the process of healing myself under her care.
