Giving 5 stars because normally I have excellent service and the best drinks at this location.

My comment is mostly for staff and management. Today, I waited 15 mins for my coffee and watched everyone who ordered after me receive their drink. I ordered a drink with cold foam which has a special lid and I watched the barista go into the back room at least 5 times trying to find the correct lid. I finally had to ask them to give me my drink without a lid. Another barista then attempts to put a regular lid on the drink which completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for the cold foam. I understand how busy this location is early in the morning. My issue is that the other baristas were aware that their fellow barista was struggling to find the correct lid and that I had been waiting for a while. Unfortunately, not one decided to help. A bit frustrating for both the barista and I. On a positive note, I will say that the afternoon crew at this location is amazing.

Stopped here to meet for a real estate signing. The staff was nice, the coffee good. This location is quite small, so table seating was really tight. It’s more of a walk up Starbucks because parking is very limited.

You can get my favorite Mocha Frappechino and some briskets...yummy. The ☕ tea is superb and comforting after a long day. Maybe ☕ tea just for fun.

This Starbucks was a great experience. Those serving me (Mei-Lein and Rachel) gave outstanding service and were very courteous and friendly. Helped me figure out an issue I had with the app and were patient too.

My hiking partner and I have been showing up once a week pretty early and the folks have gotten to know us and are really friendly. New manager Derek also seems to have a a great attitude and takes the experience seriously. Also we kind of like it better than some other coffee places, easier to find a place to sit inside or out.
