Home Instead has been very flexible in working with our family to identify, try out, and schedule the best match in caregivers for Mom's 24-hour care, not only in skills but also in personal style. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries, but we always end up with a great caregiver team.

We needed assistance with our Mother's care and within 48 hours of meeting with Kathy from Home Instead, she had put together wonderful teams of caregivers who began working with our family and Hospice of the Valley to give our Mother the daily care and night time comfort and safety that we needed to keep our Mom in her apartment. Kathy and the caregivers that were with our Mom, were considerate, trained to deal with the certain situation that we needed them for. Honesty about what you need for your loved one is so helpful and the fact that we had 3 family members meeting with Kathy to make the decision to bring caregivers in to assist was helpful in her determining the team's needed for our situation. I would recommend Home Instead whole heartedly...amazing!
