Upon arrival from out of state, we were greeted at the gate, shown to our unit which was clean and ready, and given ice cold waters after unloading. The front desk team was extremely friendly and helpful, and the facility has a great location and space for maneuvering large trucks.

We have been a customer for many years. The cleanliness, climate, ease of access, and professional staff have ALWAYS exceeded our expectations. This extra space keeps my garage for cars and I don't have to go into attic! Excellent value and plan to stay for years.

So many choices in this area but the Extra space storage at the Land O Lakes location stood out to me the most. I enjoyed their high level of professionalism and Great customer service. I spoke with Matt on several occasions and he was such a great help. From moving in to moving out a few years later, no complaints whatsoever. Don't take my word for it, giving them a try ,You won't regret it. Thanks again for everything Matt and staff!!

Matt and Colleen are amazing and wonderful to work with. They meet my every need, every time. Not only are they professional but very kind as well. The facility is always clean and has great access to the units.

In so many words. “Thank you!!!” I was greeted by a friendly face, firm handshake and even had the red carpet pulled out for me. When I entered the gate, I was greeted again by the same individual who checked me in at the register. Just to make sure I was able to find my unit. I have rented storage space in the past long term, > 3 years and the quality has not changed. This company has earned my business in the past and now. I am a satisfied customer.
