Navi Nurses

After extensive stays in Mayo, found myself in need of 3 times a week home wound treatment for 2-3 months . I cannot say enough good things about every experience I’ve had. From dealing with billing issues to the professional services of the home RN staff. This is whom to use for home health care. Referred to me by Mayo. Hailey , Claire & now Jeanette they are all the best of the best! .

I had a big surgery recently and I had Navi Nurses assist me with my home care. I can not speak highly enough about the care I received. The nurses ensured I was always comfortable, made sure all the medications I was prescribed were taken at the appropriate times, vitals checked, dressings changed and assistance with getting me up and walking. They made sure I ate something even if it was only crackers to ensure my medicationdidn’t make me sick. I loved how the nurses can pick you up from surgery and take you home and to your doctor post op visits. This was extremely helpful as it helped take the pressure off me and my husband. They corresponded with my Dr. during my days of recovery plus wrote down all changes to recovery treatment after my first post op check up.

Highly recommend Navi Nurses if you ever need home nursing care!!!

I got to work with Christa and she was amazing! She made several visits to my house after my son was born. This is my first baby, and I had no idea what I was doing and had so many questions! She sat with me and answered all of them and helped me feel way more confident in taking care of my baby! Christa is just so sweet and kind, and it is so nice to have that extra support with Navi Nurses.

Navi Nurses is spectacular! They were exactly what I needed for my recovery from a surgical procedure I had. I didn't have a lot of people in my area to support me during my surgery process and recovery. From beginning to end, everyone at Navi Nurses was friendly, helpful, and flexible. Everyone, from the coordinators to the nurses, seemed legitimately concerned about me and dedicated to making me feel comfortable. Shout out to nurse Lauren - she was the absolute best. I cannot speak highly enough about the Navi Nurses. Every nurse we had was absolutely amazing and took excellent care of my Mother in law. They always had her best interest and kept her safe. They also helped coordinate her transportation and medical appointments. They had so many resources and contacts for anything she needed in her care. This was comforting and helpful since we were far away. Your loved ones will get the absolute best care with these nurses. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did.
