Organic Hair Lab

We love Organic Hair Lab and have been going their since they opened. Our hair always looks amazing when we leave. We love the organic products they use - my scalp does not burn for days after a color like it used to with the non-organic products in regular salons. We also very much appreciate how accepting Sarah and Autum are as well as their commitment to the environment and our local community.

Sarah is amazing! She can imagine anything with color. I went from blonde to red with copper highlights and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Her humor and sweetness keeps your entertained the whole time. It’s an all eco friendly organic hair salon. Plenty of little restrain the area foe some tea and lunch. Just a gem this place. She books up fast so get your appointment in. Thanks Sarah!

Found the salon in a quick Google search for organic salons as I was new to the area and in search of a new stylist. I reached out about a color consultation through email and got a wonderful, thorough response and booked shortly after. Consult was super helpful as someone who had been dyeing her own hair with henna for the last year. Got an appointment scheduled a couple weeks later and had an amazing afternoon with Sarah while she worked like a master in her craft to get me started on my new hair color journey.

Sarah not only goes the extra mile to keep her clients' hair healthy and get them the best results possible, but she educates you along the way so that you can keep lasting results. My color turned out beautiful and better than expected with how difficult it is to work with the red henna color. Bonus: my hair has been incredibly soft and lovely since.

Sarah even took time for a bangs trim when I realized our next appointment would mean they'd be getting pretty long.

I've had amazing people work on my hair, but Sarah genuinely goes to great lengths to make sure your hair is healthy and happy and that you are too. Oh, and she went down the rabbit hole on sustainability and eco-friendliness so you don't have to worry about environmental impact.

Yeah, they’re are a lot of salons out there with talented hair artists but not many that use organic products, and take action towards environmental sustainability. I’ve been going here for years and love it so much. The atmosphere is laid back, friendly, and colorful. The salon is located on Grand in central Phoenix. It’s a really fun space near other great, local businesses. Highly recommend!

Love everything about Organic Hair Lab! Having never put color on my hair till I was 55plus, I really had to trust my stylist. Since Sarah applied my 1st “peekaboo” highlight, I have trusted “the Lab” to have fun, get out of my comfort zone and try fun colors, even blue, pink, green!! Wouldn’t trust any other salon!!💜
