I have grown and healed so much in the last two years with the support, insight, safe place to vocally process and professional services provided by Alexandra.

Her methodology is validating, empowering, gracious and data-driven. She's an empathetic listener and very knowledgeable. The EMDR and therapeutic services, though very hard and painful, have brought me so much peace and perspective. I feel mentally and emotionally healthier than ever. My family notices it and my relationships are growing heathier and stronger.
