Crystal Optical: Dina Hamideh, OD

I’ve been getting my checkups with Dr Dina for 2 years now, great service! Joanna is friendly with helping choosing frames! Very pleasant, quick, easy, and from my observation I always notice clients leaving happy.

My first impression of Crystal Optical upon entering their shop was pleasantly surprising. I was immediately elevated to a state of total relaxation while being greeted by what seemed to be the happiest office staff in the Optometry business. I wanted a thorough eye exam because I hadn't had one for three years and I was having trouble focusing. Dr. Dina is a very nice, friendly bright, knowledgeable individual that reminded me of a girl in chemistry class who sat at our groups project table and was always put in charge due to our confidence in her abilities. Dr. Dina examined my eyes and discovered that my current eye Rx was three times to strong which, along with the curvature of my glasses were adding to my out of focus blurriness. She showed me how I see things with my Rx by settling it in the viewing machine. It was blurry. Then she adjusted it to the Rx prescription she determined for me. Finally, I could see everything perfectly in focus. I believe that this was the best eye exam I've ever had. I'm so glad to have discovered this happy place as I've always felt that first impressions really do make a difference. So, if you can't see the small print, and you too would like a professionally fun filled experience with your eye doctor, Crystal Optical is the place to go for all your eye care needs.

Hands down the best experience I have had going to the eye doctor! The staff are friendly, patient and very helpful and Dr H. is absolutely wonderful! I have never had an optometrist take the time to explain things so well and really help identify my problem areas. She is patient, kind, and very easy to talk with. So happy to find such a great place!
