  Went in on a Sunday. Helped by the manager Patrick. Answered all my questions, no pressure tactics, explained everything about the promotions offered and transfer details. He made life soooo simple. Make this your preferred metro pcs location.

  I was tasked to get my daughter a new phone because hers broke. I think this is phone 5. There was so much info they needed that I didn’t have-pin,password,etc,etc. Jackie, a wonderful and knowledgeable young lady tried so hard to help me. We even worked with another Metro office 35 miles away. Long story short, I got a cashiers check to pay for the phone over at my daughters Metro office. Know I had spent 2 hours and then 45 minutes over to her store. They did not take checks! Really? My store at Union Hills and 7th Street made a bad day better. The one on Brown Road in Mesa did not want to help in any way. Wouldn’t call a supervisor to see if they could take my check. They even told me to go cash the cashiers check made out to Metro PCS. She did not know that was illegal. Jackie thank you so much for your patience and fantastic customer service. You could teach the staff at my daughter’s Metro store about customer service. I’ll be back to your store.

  Mike and Kenya are the best while they were helping me they also helped two customers who were upset and they just calmly let the first upset customer go because the price was too high for him, then a lady who didn't even know Mike or Kenya had an issue prior and expcted like they should have known, they didn't but they jumped right on it. Great job keep it up. They also made sure I was happy with my purchase during all this.
