Presidio North Apartments

Took a tour here for a studio apt. Love the complex! Nice, smaller, older but in good shape and grounds are shady from lots of mature trees. I choose not to live here only because it was just a bit more than I was comfortable spending as I have other financial goals.

We previously lived here for 3 years and loved it. Even with some unruly neighbors we still enjoyed our apartment. We had some minor set backs with progressing into a home but Presidio was very welcoming with our return and we are thankful they took us in again.

I am planning to move here and application was done today, Veterans day. I was informed that a move in special will have my application fees be credited to my move in costs. Hopefully its true. I will go there tomorrow, Saturday to check what is up and I am going to update this review. I am going to put 5 star for now.
