Phoenix Northwest MVD

I desperately needed to be on time for my flight out of Hartsfield International this morning but couldn’t make it another day without replacing my front tires, that’s when I made a phone call and received the fastest tire service in my entire life thanks to Sam at Mavis! Had me in and on my way out on time for my flight! Awesome work!

I recently needed tires for my car as well as my wife’s. Like for everyone else, money is tight right now. Mavis gave me an awesome price, I was in and out in less than an hour, and these are the most professional people I have ever had the privilege to do business with. They have definitely made me a customer for life!

I was traveling 10 hours and they really helped me out of a jam fixing my flat tire. The tire was under warranty so there was no cost. The lady helping me kind and courteous.

This was the best experience I've had at the MVD. Jessica was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time at all.

I have visited this MVD location twice in the past month and I can say it is completely changed. It is the location closest to my house, therefore the one I always go when I need some papers to be done. In the past you needed an appointment to get in and the wait time was… astronomically. But something dramatic must have happened recently since I managed both times to get literally in-and-out, with no appointment, in less than 15 minute: once to get a new ID and secondly to renew my car registration. I don’t know if the office of Governor made things change or there’s a new management at this MVD location but I am a happy citizen. The workers are also surprisingly friendly and relaxed and today there was no waiting line. Way to go MVD! Please share the secret with all the other locations around the valley.

I don't ever leave reviews for anything. This location is incredible. Every person I chatted with was incredible. Thank you all for giving amazing customer service. The line was quick and efficient. Go here for no headaches.

What a smooth experience! Got there early and had no waiting time at all despite people being in the line in front of me because there were plenty of staff available to assist customers.

The representative who helped me was friendly, helpful, and very, very efficient.
