This review is about the experience I had with Travis. I actually called twice before to book the hotel for my two dogs. One of my dogs is restricted and cannot stay in the same room with any other dogs. (including the dog she sleeps with very night.)

Travis helped me find a solution that made my anxiety go way down. If Travis isn't training other customer service reps, then maybe you should consider him for that role. Thank you, Travis. From myself, Luna, and Floyd.
