(August 17, 2020, 1:38 am)The staff I dealt with for my son were amazing and sweet. They definitely deserve a 5 Star rating but due to your 2 On Call Plastic Surgeons for Saturday Aug 15, 2020 I will be giving a 4 Star. The 2 Plastic Surgeons refused to come in for my sons injury stating that he could wait until Monday for his sutures. The Doctor that was at the hospital did not agree and wanted to take care of my sons injury then that night and not wait. She took great care of my son. He needed 11 stitches in his ear. My son could not have waited till Monday for his ear to be fixed. He's 2 years old. I believe the 2 Plactic Surgeons just wanted to enjoy their Saturday and I don't believe that should be right way for a professional to think. But I will not let this situation alter my feelings towards the service my family did received from the amazing staff!
(May 22, 2018, 3:00 pm)So I have been here a lot I got 5 kids and when there is no doctor available I come here. This place is great with kids nurses and doctors are all so nice and attentive with everyone on this last visit I brought my 16 year old she's been here lots of times this time I was surprised my daughter needed x rays and the machine came to our room she didn't go they came I guess this is new I stepped out while they were taking them but I saw everything just outside the door I was amazed we came in at 3 in the morning we usually leave in 1 to 2 hours this time we stayed longer my daughter was more ill than we thought everything was clean and organized staff was nice and professional the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because even though the room was comfy for the sick person they changed their visitors sofa for regular but colorful chairs so my complain is this is a childrens emergency room kids dont come by themselves or expect parents to just drop them off and leave I was there from 3 am till 8 am I was so tired I couldn't close my eyes I left with a sore neck because I had to lean my head on the wall and my legs got numb every 20 min cause I couldn't find a comfortable position to rest. Anyway still is a great ER for kids! Totally recomend it!!
