  Mike is always so helpful everytime I've gone there with an issue. The young lady with the fun pink hair was also SO helpful and pleasant in assisting us today with our phones. It was quick and painless.

  I went to this location on 1-28-21 and Valerie was working. I explained to her that my phone storage space was running out and what do I need to do since I’m not phone tech savvy. She was extremely patient and helped me. She was the only one working and greeted the three other people that came in with a smile.
  I explained to Valerie that my phone was very old and I was looking into buying a new phone. She mentioned that I can upgrade my old phone for a new phone. I told her what I needed and she showed me several phone’s, had a lot of knowledge on every phone, and made suggestions. I liked One Plus Nord N10 because it’s 5G and has 128GB. I explained to her that I need to go home and do some research on this brand because I never heard of it. Valerie was very understanding, never pressured me into buying it that day, and again was very knowledgeable . After doing some research, I went back the next day and Valerie greeted me as if we have known each other for year’s.
  I chose the One Plus phone and again she was very helpful and patient on showing me how to use my new phone and answered all of my questions. Believe me, I had ALOT of questions.
  Valerie is truly an asset to this company. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the product’s but she goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is convertible with their new phone before leaving.

  I came in to get a case for my old phone. I walked out with an amazing deal. Michael knows his stuff and got me all set up. Transfered everything. In and out. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and won't go anywhere else from now on.

  Michael helped me set up a business line with Metro. Great deal and great phone. Really knew what he was talking about. Very helpful. Definitely recommended to anyone with Metro service. Come to this store. Mike rocks!!!!!

  What an amazing visit. Came in to set up 2 new lines and the customer service was above and beyond. Michael was super sweet and very helpful. I was in for only 30 minutes and enjoyed every one of them. Couldn't be happier with this Metro
