Apartment is gorgeous and well kept . Office manager Vanessa is amazing and so helpful.This is a peaceful place to call home . Highly recommend.

I generally don't write reviews but I feel like the staff has gone out of their way to earn it! I moved in October 11 of 2021 which happened to be a holiday. I was moving across the country and a few days before they called to tell me that they were closing the office on the 11th, but since they'd already offered me the 11th, and I'd already had my travel plans arranged, they went above and beyond when the office manager offered to meet me upon arrival to finish the paperwork and get me my keys. Move in was quick and smooth and the apartment was and still is in great shape. Nothing worth even bringing up to complain about! Since then, the grounds have been well kept and I can tell that effort is going into renovation and upkeep projects consistently. The grounds staff is always outside doing repairs and they're always friendly! The office staff regularly communicates with residents about things that are going on in the community and they've been nothing but helpful and kind every time I've talked to them. Today I woke up and found the whole staff, from the grounds crew to the office folks, waiting at the exit gate with breakfast snacks and juice to give out to residents starting their day. I haven't had any reason to put their responsiveness to the test when it comes to maintenance, but that's not a bad thing! I moved in sight-unseen, being from out of the area, and I am still very happy with my choice!

I moved into my apartment at the end of March and I have loved living here so far. It's safe and clean. All of the staff are nice and helpful. They are doing renovations which is exciting but not needed. Even if they were not changing anything I would still like it here. The maintenance people are prompt and helpful. Only one request was really concerning and it was a leak in my ceiling that they couldn't have been aware of since the pipe is inside the ceiling. Omar was quick and efficient. He is always friendly even when we just pass each other in the complex but is also respectful inside my home. While he was checking on the leak he noticed my a/c sounded louder than normal and tightened a couple things real quick. I really appreciated that since it wasn't mentioned to them at all. The office staff is polite and friendly and communicates well about everything.

We have lived here for 7 months now and it is wonderful. Safe, clean, and friendly community. The office staff are great and the amenities are as advertised. Pool and workout room are amazing. The biggest compliment I have to give this apartment is their maintenance crew. Alex and Eno are two of the best people/workers I have had the pleasure of knowing. They are courteous and do their jobs well. They work hard for the residents and even when called late after hours (10pm) they will show up to fix any emergencies with a smile and no complaints. I could not appreciate those two enough and they definitely deserve a raise.
