Greg, Cara, and Sandra have been extremely helpful. Early on Cara helped with general questions and then with some appliance issues. More recently Sandra helped me with an HOA issue and she was really on top of things. I knew there was a deadline to get something done, and Sandra stayed in constant communication the whole time which I really appreciated. Kudos!!

Sandra at S.P.M is awesome! Always getting things done right away, whenever I have something come up at my residents from phone calls to emails she is very easy to get a hold of. Sandra will even help you find the perfect rental to fit your needs when ever you are ready to upgrade or downgrade she will do her best to help! I would highly recommend this company for all your rental needs.

Sandra Torres is a great realty agent / landlord. she always answers my calls return them and get my work orders done in time.
