Patrick went above and beyond to set up our new service. He explained everything thoroughly, took his time and didn’t let us leave the store until every question was answered. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Patrick as a manager knows his position very well and takes care of his customers so that they are completed satisfied. He goes out of his way to correct any mistakes that have been made even if they were from other managers. He makes sure we are perfectly satisfied, we are happy with his knowledge of the position and his associates.

Leia, Carey, Joey, and Patrick were all very patient and helpful. They got me set up with a new phone and a plan that fits my needs. They went out of their way to make sure everything was set up correctly.

Came in with a technical issue and they solved it right away and even helped me get my upgrade. They even recommend some great products which they installed on my phone. Overall super professional and informative. Will definitely be coming back!!
