“I recently went to Elements for my first time. I had a very easy booking experience with the staff. Once I had arrived, the front desk gals were very pleasant and attentive. I had booked a two hour massage with Kimberly. Kimberly was fantastic. She was caring and did exactly the pressure I had requested. I also had the himalayan salt rocks which was an amazing experience in itself. My whole body and mind felt distressed and incredible. The only complaint I had was the smell of the massage room. Instantly when I walked in, it had reminded me of a gym. Or, if someone just had a massage in there and was sweaty. I was hopeful that it would go away, however, it just kind of lingered throughout my time.”

I walked in and was greeted by a receptionist named Samantha, i was lucky to be able to get taken back right away for a full set. The shop is very clean ehich is the first thing i look for in a nail shop. The staff were all friendly. Christina did my nails and was very friendly and professional. I loved my nails and have gotten several compliments on them already. I came back today and got a gel pedicure! I would definitely recommend Herbal Nails Happy Valley. I would recommend making an appointment if possible since it seems like they get busy!”
