I really appreciate all the advice. Its hard when you try to get back into shape. You need good council and education to help make better decisions. That's what Aaron did for me. I needed an outside person to look at my workout and diet to help me understand why certain things didn't work. I've been on the right track ever since.
Aaron definitely knows how to motivate you and push you to the next level in strength gain and nutrition.
Aaron really knows how to get every ounce of effort out of his clients and have fun doing it. I look forward to every session because I'm always learning and he mixes it up so it's not boring. Highly recommend him at whatever level you're at.
