I run a pawnshop and bought a van with a pro legend carpet cleaner. It needed some work, but I didn't know how much. I had my general mechanic look at it. He thought that it needed a new pump with a price tag of $2200!! I spoke with Ryan and he told me to bring it down. He called me a few days later, and although it was still a costly repair, he saved me $1500! Great service and based on my experience, very trustworthy.
