M1 Movement

I went to M1 with shoulder and upper bicep pain. I felt a huge improvement after the first visit. After a few visits I was back to full recovery. Additionally, the team was helpful in teaching me exercises that I could perform on my own. M1's therapy and education has helped me stay healthy.

Dr. Ben Palmer is the best!! If you want a Dr. that is friendly, thorough, informative and really cares about you and your whole health then Ben is your guy! When I go to him with post workout soreness he helps explains where the pain is stemming from and what is causing it. He then helps provide a plan for instant relief, recovery and preventative care for the future. I would recommend M1 to anyone!
