“I came to this location about 2 weeks ago to rent a storage unit. I was going to complete the application online but changed my mind & did it onsite with the assistance of Oneal. He was very polite & explained the contract to me. I had to upgrade to a larger storage unit yesterday. Oneal made the change from a smaller to larger unit very easy & quick. Once again, he was polite & courteous. I was able to get an unit on the same floor, on the next row. Oneal is the best!”

“Highly recommend this facility! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The units are a really good value, best ones I’ve found in the Phoenix area! They also work with you if you need help, at one point I had missed my payment due to my dad being in the hospital and when I told them why I missed it, they immediately waived the late fees I had accrued. It’s also super convenient to make payments as they offer automatic payment as well as an online payment portal. They definitely know how to provide world class customer service and treat you like a friend. I have already recommended this facility to my family and will continue to do so!
