I recently sold property in California and decided to do a 1031 exchange and purchase a replacement property in Arizona. Not being from the area I read through a few Yelp reviews and decided to call Kodi Riddle with the Riddle Group. I received a call back from Logan Gilliam. Logan listened to my requests and immediately started emailing me listings that fit my criteria. I planned a trip to Arizona and meet with Logan. He arranged for me to tour several properties while I was there. I found Logan to be professional and polite. He was also very helpful in familiarizing me with the area.
After my offer was accepted, I received a call from Shelley Bundy the closing coordinator for the Riddle Group. Shelley let me know that she would be calling me with weekly updates until escrow closes, which I appreciated.

I sold and bought a home with the Riddle group. Kodi sold my home for $10,000 over my asking price and she did it professionally and made the transaction a very smooth one. Her agent, Logan Gilliam, likewise helped my husband and me to find another one. He was very patient with us as we started to worry about finding the right home at a price we could afford.
