We like each other & members get connected & socialize. I feel strong & accomplished when I leave a class. Everyone should try it out for a month.

I have been taking barre for years now and am still challenged and learning something new every time I go. The instructors are all great and so encouraging. I love the focus on alignment first and always leave feeling better physically and mentally!

(September 24, 2019, 9:28 pm)I was looking for a gym where I could do cardio, strength training and yoga and not have to go to the big box gyms. Crazy thought right! Well I found what I was looking for at The Studio - Phoenix. It is not just a gym it is a place to center your soul. I can’t recommend The Studio enough if you are looking for an “outside the workout box” gym. Come and find out for yourself.

The instructors and fellow member are amazing! This studio challenges you physically while always reminding you to be mindful and kind to your self.
