San Milan

When I found myself selling my house sooner than expected I knew that the only apartment I would consider would be Mark Taylor. When I found San Milan in North Scottsdale I knew it would be the place for my daughter, my dog and me. Great location and beautiful lush landscape. The bonus was the dog park!!!! And I wanted a place that had 24/7 gym and pool. The staff here is awesome and always there for us!!! We signed another lease ! 5 star all the way!!!!

San Milan has been my home for 6 months now, and it's been amazing! The amenities are great—especially the pool—and there's plenty of parking. The community is super friendly, and they're awesome with pets, too! And, the staff at the leasing office are welcoming and friendly, which makes living here even better :)

Not only are the grounds and the general community beautifully and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is helpful, understanding, and always willing to make you feel like a guest and not a “tenant”.
It’s just fascinating to me because they have really created resort style living in such a personal manner. Even the people who live here have created a sense of community with community events.
San Milan management team has made a very safe community and they continually keep up on upgrades both with the continued beautification of the landscape as well as upgrades to the general public facilities within the community! I just resigned my lease and I could not be more pleased with the service the community and the environment!!!

I just moved in to San Milan and am very impressed with the facilities and the relaxed resort feel of the community. I love my apartment and the units and buildings here set a high standard for quality apartment living.

Many thanks to Austin and the team at the leasing office for making my move from out of state as smooth as possible. Its not an easy transition and Austin assisted and answered many questions throughout the process.

I have been living at San Milan for over a year now and have only positive things to say about the community, staff, and environment. Living at this community is like having your own little slice of paradise right here in Kierland! Seriously, the energy here is so relaxed and welcoming. I absolutely love the resort-style living and the landscaping is straight out of a magazine. It's like living in a permanent vacation spot! If you're looking for a place that feels like home but also gives you those vacation vibes every day, San Milan is where it's at.
