(April 8, 2019, 8:28 am)I got in right away. Need stitches for cut on knee And initial physicians assistant was cold and not very nice at all, the actual Dr. was very competent and nice. My stitches look great.
(March 18, 2019, 7:34 am)The staff is incredible! They really care about their patients! They are professional, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and have world class customer service! They explain and answer all questions thoroughly! I trust them with my health! It is a privilege to be under their care! I highly recommend NextCare Urgent care! They listen and take their time with you! They are gifts from God in my book! To them it's not a job that they do but a calling that they have to help the sick! To me they are such a blessing! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
(March 11, 2019, 3:39 pm)A really great experience. Most urgent cares see you for 3 min and barely talk to you and send you on your way. Jessica Henry, the physicians assistant who saw me was smart, listened to my symptoms, and made me feel comfortable I left feeling much more relieved that I had a thorough health care experience. The front desk associate was also very kind and relatable.
I'd definitely come back here again. Bonus points for being able to schedule online before going in. A+!
