The practice is great. Dr. Harlan takes time to explain and show you what he is talking about. He is very clear and makes things easy to understand. His office staff is kind and efficient. The process of x rays and ultrasounds are done in house and quickly. Great doctor, office and staff. I would highly recommend it.

After seeing multiple podiatrists, my frustrations were pretty high. I was referred to Phoenix Foot and Ankle by my mother's doctor who said I needed to try them. From the moment I called and spoke to Amber, to my very first visit beginning with Amy, I knew it was a different experience. My appointment was with Dr. Harlan. He was kind and patient. After a thorough exam he recommended surgery for a mass on the bottom of my foot. Despite my nerves, he instilled confidence that all would be ok. Amy walked me through all the details, helped with scheduling and talked me off the ledge a few times. Well, I had my surgery, the recovery was exactly as Dr. Harlan described, I was also able to meet Dr. Abraham for a follow up and I am healing wonderfully. Not only do I highly recommend this office but I will never go anywhere else. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Outstanding attention to details - The entire staff from Front Desk Personal to the Medical Assistants to Dr. J. Timonthy Harlan, were all very pleasant and professional. I had severe ankle pain due a bone spur, wasn't able to put on a sock without pain. They gave some exercises to do on my own, and prescribed a compound ointment and now pain free without having to have surgery. I will highly recommend and will use him again.

Dr. Harlan and his staff are amazing. The office is very welcoming. From the very beginning Dr. Harlan made it very easy to understand my procedure. They answered all of my questions and took the time explain to me what would be done. Never once did I feel rushed. Highly recommend him.

All-around amazing! The office is beautiful, every single member of the staff is always so nice and helpful - I even bring my small child with me to every appointment! Dr. Harlan is not only the kindest doctor, he is extremely reassuring, skilled and knowledgeable. I never felt more comfortable at a doctors office and my surgery was one of the easier things I've done in life. 5 months later, I forget that I even had it! Feels like a new lease on life.
