“I started seeing Lindsey about 8 months ago when I decided I wanted to intelligently improve my singing voice. I was terrified at first, having never sang in front of other people, as most people usually are. Eight months later, I can functionally play guitar, am confident singing in front of others, and have begun writing my own songs. We worked bi-weekly, following a balance of my curiosities, interests, and song choices, alongside her structured lessons on vocals, skill development and music theory. She also hosts a student gathering every month or so, where we all get together to practice performing in a supportive environment, and I found it was essential to my growth. Lindsey is so knowledgeable, open, and endlessly supportive of your musical journey. “This place is amazing! I will say I felt so out of place when I first went because it’s not your average lifting gym. Everyone was lifting heavy and I was barely starting. I would do my sessions with my trainer Sara, who is absolutely amazing, and leave. She asked if I wanted to participate in strongman training on Sundays and I didn’t want to at first cause I didn’t feel ready. I finally did, the members and staff are so encouraging and friendly and helpful. Liberty is a great place to lift. You should definitely check it out!”

They have dozens of departments to shop but my favorites are housewares, books, clothing, jewelry, art, and new merchandise. This year I bought a brand-new Camelback backpack with tags, Arizona-themed wine stoppers, lots of clothes (for work and the weekend), a nearly-new area rug, and a beautiful St. John wallet for well under $100.
