Everyone we dealt with in the company was professional and friendly down to the installers. We initially sought Home Depot. Their price was a lot higher for equal or less quality windows. Benny & Ramon just completed my whole house replacement installation of windows and sliding patio glass doors and it amazing what a difference they make. Itt was a 2 day job and they arrived on time yesterday and got right on it. They were both very professional and obviously took pride in doing a great job. The windows and doors were made to order in their factory and each fit perfectly as they should the first time they were put in place and no doubt will be a huge improvement to keep my house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The products are made here in Phoenix to deal with the extreme heat and fine dust and they have a warranty that backs up their product claims. I was happy with my decision to buy Energy Shield and even happier now after the install. Great product, expert installers and very happy customer. Converted 5 windows into sliders and replaced 6 transom windows. The 3 crews were amazing from start to finish. Crews are super respectful, reliable and clean. Highly recommend this company with amazing service , 5 starts not enough !

OMG, SO happy with these people! Our new windows are wonderful, and made us realize just how bad our 23-year-old builder-grade windows were. Their crew was on time and did a great job cleaning up afterward. We chose this company because they manufacture locally, have their own crew (no subs), and give a lifetime warranty on the windows and mechanisms. The consultant that met with us gave us a couple of great ideas for changing the design a bit of a couple of windows, which really made things look more high-end. AND they were about half the price of "the other guy" - bonus!

I acquired many quotes for replacing my windows and Energy Shield was extremely competitive not just in price but the service received just in first meeting for quote process. Window replacement was scheduled with parts and workers being on time with a notification letting me know when they'd arrive. With my job I wasn't able to be there but my girlfriend complimented their cleanliness and how corgual they were. The windows look great and operate as promised!
