“We had a pretty good overall experience. The packers were very careful. The movers did pretty well on both ends loading and unloading. Only had a few issues where furniture could not be reassembled due to the parts not being with the furniture (disconnect between picking team and loading team) so we have had more work to do putting some things back together. However, we were pleased over all even though wish the communication was better between both ends of the trip. I was told our things would be at our house on Monday so we drove all day with pets and a bunch of kids to be there on time. Then when we arrived we were told our load wouldn’t be unpacked until Friday, which did not work at all with our schedule. However, I am so appreciative of the effort Glenna put in to rearrange our unload day to Tuesday. I’m sure it put her in a bind but she went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you GLENNA!!! Our family is very appreciative of your efforts.”
