Victim of a commercial break-in, I waited hours for an "un-named" valley company to make it out by their promised time. When they didn't show, I was frustrated with speaking to a lot of "maybe we can get out", "we won't know if we have your glass until we get out there", etc. I just needed someone to come out...FAST! George was friendly on the phone and only promised his best. His best exceeded my expectations because within 2 hours my glass was replaced. I wish I would've called him first. If there's a next time, his card is on the top for sure.
