We ran into a seller with multiple open permits from a decade previous, and she got everything straightened out in record time. Another seller wouldn't budge on needed repairs, and she found a creative way to ensure that they had to give a lot of ground.

Roberta and her team were great. She took the time to help me as I was a remote seller and helped on not just the sale but in staging, moving, storage, etc. Since I was not able to be in town, she stepped in and assisted on all aspects and kept me posted along the way. Then when time to sell my condo the offer I accepted was full price and accepted two days after listing. Then, closed within one month on top of it. Roberta you and your team are awesome and not sure how I would have done this remotely without you! Thank you so much!
