We brought our friend, who is very ill with puzzling symptoms, to Dr. Perez. He did an outstanding job of assessing her condition, determining and making the referrals required, requesting supporting documents from hospitals for future review, prescribing a medication for immediate relief, outlining next steps and we will return in two weeks. It has been years since a physician who is not a family member has taken the trouble to actually assess and capably treat. Highest recommendation. Of course I’ll update this post later. Furthermore, his staff is excellent. This was a true emergency and Christy not only worked us into his schedule sameday, but greeted us at the entrance with a wheelchair and a pleasant smile.

DR PEREZ IS SUCH A JOY. HE IS ALWAYS PATIENT AND LISTENS TO EVERY QUESTION AND CONCERN. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE GREAT AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DR TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING TO BE TREATED WITH HONEST AND GOOD CARE

Had the distinct pleasure working over the phone with CJ who assisted with a prescription issue. CJ was very patient, courteous and kind. Amazing customer service!

Dr. Perez has been my primary physician for almost 2 years and he is hands down amazing. He is knowledgeable and knows his craft very well. His communication skills are great because he breaks down every medical jargon/ prognosis into plain language that I can understand. Every issue I have or concern he addresses and I never feel rushed.

Excellent people who helped alot to find an item they were out of at another store. Very kind.

We recently purchased an air compressor from Tractor Supply realized we received what we believe to be a returned unit. Although we did not buy it in North Collins they took care of our issue and replaced it with a new air compressor.

I love the TS chain in general, but the helpfulness of staff can be hit or miss.
