“My experience was a phone call to a gent named Dan. I was serious scared and in distressing pain. I had come in contact with the creamy pure white substance that runs from the trimmed ends of Firestick cactus. It had somehow gotten in my eyes. I woke up Christmas Eve morning with my eyes on fire. At first I was unnerved and baffled as to the cause. My wife then thought to mention the cactus I had trimmed the day before. I Googled it and in no time found the word “toxic”. I managed to read a bit more through the tears, then called this poison control. Dan patiently directed me to jump in the shower and run warm water into my eyes for 20 minutes. Then lay down with a cold, damp cloth covering them and he’d call me back. Ultimately, I made a trip to urgent care. “I had a large tree limb brake off a very old Hackberry tree after a destructive wind storm and the removal was more than I could handle on my own. I contacted several tree services for bids and accepted Preservation Trees bid because the arborists was very helpful and explained the process in detail. I contacted the office and accepted their bid and the scheduler set up a work order immediately. They put me on the list and I was contacted to confirm an appointment within a few days. When the 3 man crew came to my house they were very quick and professional. They removed and shredded the large limb along with raking up the leaves. I would highly recommend Preservation Tree to anyone who needs tree trimming or removal. The process went very smooth.”
