F45 is very professional they are clear communicators from the day I signed up for the free trial to signing up. The place is very clean and organized. The Coaches there help you get through the workouts with the correct form.

Great motivation from the the team members and staff. Staff is very helpful and supportive with wide span of knowledge. If your looking for a good sweat and a great workout in which ever level of fitness you are in, you can count on F45 to give it to you. I have always worked out on my own but never like this... Staff really encourage you to put in work with helpful body mechanics and modifications if needed. As a new comer, F45 was worth the 7 day trial because doing and feeling the workout is believing. Can’t wait to join and see my self get stronger and improving on my fitness, body and mind.

I love this community. Every work out makes me feel stronger and more confident in myself. The coaches take the time to provide feedback to make sure you get the best quality workout while encouraging you to push yourself and make sure you don't give up. The coaches make it a very fun environment and everyone works together as a team.
