  Encouraging Trainers, Functional Weights with Killer Cardio! I am a fitness advocate but by all means not a professional. Going to the gym, lifting heavy, and occasional days of HIIT or LISS cardio are great...when you can hold yourself accountable. Count how many days you aren't accountable, opt out and say "tomorrow" on yourself, or get to the gym but seemingly never break a sweat.....F45 will toss that out the door...in fact good luck NOT breaking a sweat. Results are what you make them to be; F45 is the extra kick in the backside to help you achieve them. It is a high-energy, fun-paced environment. The trainers are actually accredited trainers and who will both mentor your form as well as take away your baby weight and make sure you're pushing your own limits. It's the weekend rush I crave and the end-of-the-day pick me up. Thankful for Kim (owner) and her incredible staff who are now friends and fitness-family. Ps. for those worried about "it's too much cardio, I'll loose my curves..." again, it is what you make it. Get in and focus on the movement, engage your brain to working muscle, and you have the choice - lift the weight that will challenge you. Hope to see you there.
