We set our intentions for the session in the beginning and that made it relaxing. The environment was extremely comfortable in temperature, space, and environment. The meditation/ music for the atmosphere got me into a relaxed mindset for the experience. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire session. It was definitely an experience that I felt healing and love occurred. It is an experience definitely worthy of multiple session.
