  Mike bent over backwards for me to make sure my lightbar was shipped out as fast as he could, I can't wait to get my lightbar! After payment was processed, mike ordered the box needed to ship the lightbar as fast as he could. I really appreciate the time off the clock mike and his wife put in for this shipment too happen. Thanks again guys! I will definitely be doing more business in the future

  Mike is the owner of this company and was an extremely genuine and humble person to talk to.
  
  Every time I called him I felt like I was throwing a wrench in his timing and work but he always reassured me that there was no problem at all and worked quickly and courteously to answer any of the many, many, many questions I always had. Being in Texas with no way to view the product he listed directly, Mike went out of his way every time I called to make sure I knew what he was talking about before I bought the product. He was also extremely honest in his approach and dealings which only gave me more reason to want to buy from him rather than anyone else, even if I had to take a leap of faith buying something sight unseen from a small business a few states away.
  
  Mike was also very personable and down to earth, thus easily approachable and even had some side conversations which boosted my comfort level with him. I only have good things to say about Mike and his company. I will definitely be contacting Southwest public safety products of Arizona the next time I need public safety related items if they have it in stock, and will be referring Mike's business to those I know who may need similar items. Thanks a ton, Mike - keep up the great work!!

  Mike is a very sincere and honest person and awesome to work with in every level. I can vouch for his honesty and his hard work towards his company and his family. I am extremely satisfied and content with the professionalism he displays in all levels. He was prompt in responding to me in addressing any questions I may have had and was courteous and professional at all times. Something that most companies lack nowadays. It is a pleasure to do business with him and look forward to doing business with him in the future!
