I would give them a 5 star but the front desk lady is kinda rude. She’s always unaware with what’s going on in the facility and acts oblivious when you ask simple questions. Poor customer service and watches the phone ring when she’s at the desk. They should have someone that’s outgoing and passionate about their work as a front desk receptionist. Beautiful facility and overall staff is nice to parents.

My daughter goes to the daycare and I love it. After new management came in, I have noticed a difference. The daughter loves it and I see an improvement. Yes, there are times she is bitten but come on with multiple kids and teething coming in it tends to happen so I dont worry. As long as I am told about it's okay. Hate parents who complain about that, like come on hasnt your child gotten hurt on YOUR own watch.

My Son has been attending the facility for about 2 1/2 years now and we love it. He has learn so much he knows his shapes colors and letter he even know how to write his name, he always come home happy and talking about his friends. I like how I get a daily report. Place is clean and staff is friendly. No complaints.

Love this facility. I have a 1 year old and 3 month old that are new to daycare. The staff have been so wonderful and helpful in helping me transition them to this change. It's not easy leaving your babies with anyone but I feel so comfortable everyday going to work knowing my babies are being cared for properly. And the place is actually clean!!. Yea kids gets sick and share germs it's part of daycare. Would definitely recommend this child care facility
