Express Urgent Care Estrella

I was seen today at this particular facility and was i amazed of the care I received. The staff went above and beyond their scope of responsibilities. They made me feel that I was in VERY good hands. It’s important to patients that they are treated at the highest level of care. It’s what I call professionalism and bedside mannerism. Every medical personnel here performed like it was their own practice. Therefore, I will always be grateful of the hospitality given to me.

One of the MA’s who works here must be god sent! My husband was having sciatic pain and we weren’t aware that urgent cares existed, we tried going to all kinds of primary care clinics thinking it was perhaps the first/best for him since he had just woken up with it, we were about to give up after passing by a primary care clinic she had overheard the conversation, she just happened to be there for her own appointment. She asked us all the right questions, any injuries, meds he was on, and when his last dose was, and then referred us to this urgent care because she works here, and the MA who attended him asked him the same questions she had asked him, they’re all trained so well and are good translators! I’m not sure of her name! They were so quick to evaluate him and give him an injection for the sciatic pain, thank you for the kind staff!

My family and I get seen here all the time, great staff! The staff again!!! They are really sweet and always have really good communication with patients, nothing but great experiences! Thank you again! wonderful clinic! Provider Demchik has mostly seen me but Amelia and Antoinette have seen my kids and been nothing but very sweet and professional! I hope someone can share a similar experience to mine!
