It's a great place to live, but they got minor details that need to fix

Great gated community

These are nice homes if you are looking to spend way too much to live in Maryville. For those of you who don't know this is the 800 precinct in Phoenix Police terms. This area has been known as such wonderful things as the gang member proving grounds, or my personal favorite God's country. No this is not a religious connotation, it was in relation to the massive amounts of crime and poverty in the area. No I am not a cop, I just have extensive background in community service. The area was so bad the hospital went out of business, now this is how you know a town or subdivision is not a nice place.

These properties are very nice, and the insides of the homes are very spacious. The one downside I can see other than the area, is living on top of your neighbors. There is no gap or definition between the homes, and the appearance is that the developers went right off of fire code, so you better like what the neighbors are cooking because you are gonna smell it!

If I was maybe single or raising a young family this would be an ideal place.

Good area good houses

There is a good neighborhood, nice people, a little noise, because contruction going on building like crazy all this area, but its growing pretty fast. It's all over the valley. I love allover!! Good day everybody!
