“Wow I went in for my first appointment today and the two front desk ladies were amazing. I’ve never felt so comfortable and homey at a doctors office they seen me with my daughter and they offered to help fill out paper work and the lady even put a movie on for my son. Once they sat me back to the room a nurse crystal was so attentive and she actually cared and listen to my concerns. I’ve never had a doctor who listened to me and then Rachel seen me and she was like the cherry on top of everything! She ordered blood work and everything I needed so fast without hesitation. This office is amazing I have so much anxiety when it comes to doctors offices but this office made me feel so comfortable. 10/10 recommend they truly do care about their patients”

“They've had some significant staff changes over the past year, changing clinic managers, doctors/NP, adding a counselor and two leaving, and one of the dispensing Nurses replaced. Once they get to know you, and if you keep up your end of the bargain, they treat you very well. When I first went I thought they were very cold, but looking back they had no idea who I was and what kind of patient/client I would be. I've been to three different clinics in the valley over the years and I like this one the best.”

They see me & my special needs son, & they are so kind to both of us. And then in surgical center, there's Lisa who I adore. ALL the nurses, and anesthesiologist are sweet there. And of course Dr Ramoun Jones is the kindest, most compassionate Dr I have ever met! Ready to talk to you, reassure you,, he's a Dr who truly cares! You can tell he's up to date on new techniques, and procedures. He's always going to seminars, and inviting patients. Amazing! I will never see anyone else but him.”
