I was finally able to get in to see Dr Castillo and set my appointment for my surgery. They had been having major issues with the phones and fax system since January. Dr Castillo was extremely apologetic as was the staff for the error in not being able to get an appointment. They even had someone call me about this review to check in with me. Dr Castillo himself is fantastic and I understood things happened at the office, so I'm willing to change the review. I just wish someone would have followed up given I was an existing patient.

OLD REVIEW: Wish I could leave a good review. The nurse of Dr Castillo's that I saw didn't know if I had a gallbladder issue or not because it presented oddly. Gave me special diet to follow and I had MULTIPLE procedures to rule out other issues. Finally got the last information from my gastro that it wasn't related and must be my gallbladder. That was in December. It's the middle of April and NO ONE from the office will return my calls and NO ONE picks up the phone. Every time I call I get voicemail. Every. Single. Time. I've left going on 10 messages now. Nothing. My symptoms have gotten WORSE and now include cardiac problems a cardiologist has said are due to my inflammation.
