THE LEX on Central

This has been the best apartment complex I have lived in since moving here originally in 2012. My partner and I have lived here for two years now (it should be proof enough when I say I’ve never renewed my lease more than a year anywhere else) and couldn’t be happier! The area is wonderful, the price is appropriately affordable and we love the leasing manager, Lauren. We looked at a few other complexes around the area and The Lex was the last on our list and she sealed the deal. Maintenance is always on top of everything, seriously. We’ve never had to call and complain (not once) and their concierge service is top notch. It’s a huge plus that they’re animal friendly as we have two dogs. Proud to be apart of the community here!

I lived at the Lex for nearly 1.5 years and could not have had a better experience. The office staff and manager were nothing short of amazing and we’re always so helpful if I needed anything, extremely accommodating. It’s a fun, safe community and would highly recommend to anyone whether you’re living alone or with family. I cannot say enough nice things about this property or it’s management. I’ve lived in apartments all of my adult life and this was my absolute favorite property not only because of the spacious beautiful units but because the whole process was made easy and stress free from management.

I couldn’t be happier with the Lex on Central. We just moved into a 2 bath 2 bedroom and it’s really nice, quiet complex. Each room has a ceiling fan, the apartment comes with its own washer and dryer full kitchen and more! Our AC went out on us (no fault on anyone other then bad luck) the maintenance crew took a look and got it replaced the next day and rushed to get us a portable unit. And like all apartment complexes should when things are old and go out they replaced the WHOLE unit. This company really cares about their residences and does all they can to keep everyone running smoothly. This is my first apartment and it took a while to find this one but I’m so glad for my choice! The leasing office is super friendly and very helpful as well!

My daughter and I LOVE living here! We've been here almost a year, and besides loving our huge apartment with tons of windows and an incredible view, they just treat us SO wonderfully here! Every single staff member treats us like family, waving or stopping to say hello when we pass by each other. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and efficiently. I'd recommend the Lex to anyone looking for a beautiful rental in a great part of town.

The Lex on central definitely has to be one of the top apartment complexes in central Phoenix! From the caring staff in the office (who plan very fun resident events) to our favorite maintenance guy, Scott—the service is top notch.

The pool is centrally located, plenty of trash deposits around, and most importantly to my family, animal friendly!

Spacious and updated apartments for a reasonable price in central Phoenix seems too good to be true, BUT IT IS!
